Bernie has concentrated her time as an owner’s representative and all of these titles can be summarized as providing the following “making sure the owner gets the product they are paying for while verifying and clarifying the design intent”.  This is a specialized skill and learned through specific trainings and certifications that is not always easily available for the general public.   CWB offers this service to owner’s representatives or the construction companies to better manage through the process and expectations of projects.

This is very near and dear to Bernie’s heart. As Bernie walked through her professional life experiencing barriers and hurdles, she made it her mission to be there for others that might be experiencing some of the same.
